All mana, damage and healing numbers are for rank 1 of the spell only. Some assumptions made about how multi-point talents scale up.

Burning Bonds 0/1 5 10 25 1.5 seconds Roots the target in place for up to 8 seconds. Damage caused will break the effect
Improved Burning Bonds 0/2 5 Reduces the cast time of your Burning Bonds spell by 50% (Requires Burning Bonds Rank 1)
Improved Grounding 0/3 10 Increases mana regeneration rate by 2 per second while you are standing in one of your ground effects
Cinder Burst 0/1 10 40 25 6 seconds Hurls a powerful blast of fire at the target, causing 74 to 78 Fire damage
Fiery Resolve 0/3 10 Reduces the duration of hostile stuns and silences cast on you by 10%
Improved Flame Bolt 0/3 15 Your Flame Bolt spell has a 33% chance on hit to increase your Fire damage by 10% for 10 seconds
Burning Bright 0/3 15 Increases your Fire damage by 8% and reduces your maximum health by 5%
Fire Storm 0/1 15 94 25 Channeled A conflagration erupts at the selected area burning all enemies within, causing 230 Fire damage over 10 seconds
Pyromancer's Armor 0/1 20 No cost Instant Your Fire spells have a 10% chance to reduce the cast time of your next Cinder Burst by 100%. Only 1 Armor may be active at a time
Wildfire 0/3 20 Your Fireball casts have a 10% chance to reset and reduce the cooldown of your next 3 Flame Bolt casts to 0 seconds (Requires Improved Flame Bolt Rank 3 )
Fire Shield 0/3 25 After being hit you have a 10% chance to create a shield that absorbs damage up to the value of 15% of your maximum health for the next 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 30 seconds
Improved Ground of Power 0/5 25 Decreases the additional damage you take while standing in your Ground of Power by 2%. Increases the additional damage you deal while standing in your Ground of Power by 1%
Backdraft 0/1 25 29 25 0.5 seconds Blasts the selected area with a powerful attack, causing 6 Fire damage and stunning all enemies within for 3 seconds
Living Flame 0/1 30 No cost Instant Resets the cooldown of your Fire spells and reduces their casting time by 50% for a short time

Flame Jet 2 24 Instant Smothers all enemies in front of the caster with flames, causing 14 to 16 Fire damage (Cooldown: 6 seconds, +10 Charge )
Fire Armor 4 7 Instant Surrounds the caster with powerful forces, increasing the Fire damage they deal by 3%. Only 1 Armor may be active at a time
Internalize Charge 6 No cost Instant Increase all damage dealt by the caster by 50%. This effect is a toggle and consumes Charge while active
Ground of Power 8 7 25 1.5 seconds Places a temporary field at the caster's location for 3 minutes. While the caster remains within the field, they deal more Fire damage at the expense of taking extra damage when hit. Only 1 Ground may be active at a time
Burning Intellect 10 28 25 Instant The target's mind burns with power, increasing their Intelligence by 5 for 30 minutes
Countdown 12 32 25 Instant Places a Fiers presence on the target, causing 55 Fire damage after 8 seconds (Cooldown: 8 seconds, +9 Charge )
Flicker 14 7 Instant Frees the caster from immobilizing effects and teleports them 15 meters forward (Cooldown: 20 seconds )
Ground of Control 16 7 25 1.5 seconds Places a temporary field at the caster's location for 3 minutes. While the caster remains within the field, they have a 30% chance to stun their target for 2 seconds when they deal damage. Only one Ground may be active at a time
Flashfire 18 16 25 Instant Violent energy rips through the caster and their target, stunning the caster for 3 seconds and the target for 8 seconds (Cooldown: 45 seconds )
Burn 20 10 25 Instant Burns the target's hands rendering them unable to perform physical attacks for the next 8 seconds (Cooldown: 50 seconds )
Withering Flames 26 No cost 25 Channeled Channels flames on the target dealing 126 to 131 Fire damage over 4 seconds per application. This ability consumes Charge while being channeled (Cooldown: 30 seconds )
Lockdown 32 14 25 Instant Snares all targets in the selected area by 90% for 8 seconds. Increases all Fire damage received by the effected targets by 5% (Cooldown: 45 seconds )
Inferno 38 86 25 Instant Overwhelms an already weakened target with a devastating attack, causing 103 to 107 Fire damage. Targets must have less than 20% of their health (Cooldown: 8 seconds )
Ground of Strength 44 7 25 1.5 seconds Places a temporary field at the caster's location for 3 minutes. While the caster remains within the field, they take less damage and are immune to crowd control effects. Only one Ground may be active at a time
Mass Burn 51 21 25 Instant Burns the hands of all targets in the selected area rendering them unable to perform physical attacks for the next 8 seconds (Cooldown: 2 minutes )
