Cairn of Miron Sternhammer

Cairns are small interactive objects located throughout Telara in high and occassionally difficult to reach locations.

Background

Upon interacting with a cairn, you will receive A Dusty Sack. The first time you interact with a cairn, this sack will contain coin and a piece of equipment whose level and quality depends upon your character level. Some cairns will reward equipment which can scale to level 50, whereas other cairns will have a level cap on their rewards. Subsequent interaction with a previously visited cairn will reward another sack containing trash loot of little to no value.

Finding and interacting with every cairn in Telara is the goal of the achievement Cairn Do.
