Each damaging spell cast by the Mage applies a stacking buff on the Mage for 10 seconds, increasing the chance for the Mage's next Hypothermia causing spell to crit by 10% for each stack. Max 10 stacks. Damage from a Hypothermia causing spell removes all stacks. Each stack applied costs 5 Charge. Charge cannot be gained while active.
Improved Electrocute Improved Electrocute 0/3 5 instant Reduces the cooldown of your Electrocute by (10/20/30) seconds.
Lightning Rod Lightning Rod 0/2 5 instant Reduces the pushback caused by damaging attacks while casting Thunderbolt and Forked Lightning by (50/100)%.
Favorable Conditions Favorable Conditions 0/2 10 Each stack of your Building Storm increases the critical strike chance of Hypothermia causing spells by an additional 5% per stack.

Ride the Wind Ride the Wind 0/1 10 instant 1.5 seconds Creates a tailwind behind the Mage, increasing movement speed by 50%. Consumes Charge while active.
Stretch of Cold Stretch of Cold 0/5 15 instant Increases the damage of your Water spells by (0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1)% for each point spent in the Stormcaller soul.
Wind Chill Wind Chill 0/1 15 6% instant 1 minute Deadly cold winds knock back up to 5 enemies in front of the Mage, reducing their movement speed by 50% and causing them to suffer from Hypothermia for 10 seconds.
Lightning Conductor Lightning Conductor 0/3 20 instant Your Electrocute, Thunderbolt, Raging Storm and Forked Lightning deal (5/10/15)% more damage if the enemy is suffering from Hypothermia.
Shell Shock Shell Shock 0/2 15 Your Electrocute and Raging Storm have a (50/100)% chance to root the enemy for the duration of the channel.

Inductance Inductance 0/3 20 Enemies who are Electrified by you take an additional (3/6/10)% damage from your Air and Water spells for each of your Electrified effects on them.
Charged Field Charged Field 0/1 25 Supercharges your Lightning Field, causing each enemy damaged by Lightning Field to chain the damage to up to 3 enemies within 7 meters who are Electrified. Removes 1 Electrified effect from each enemy hit.

If the Mage is damaged by an enemy within melee range, Storm Guard deals 38 Air damage and applies a stack of Electrified to the enemy. Consumes Charge while active. Eye of the Storm Eye of the Storm 51 25 instant 2 minutes Unleashes icy winds onto up to 10 enemies within the targeted area for up to 8 seconds, dealing 38 to 41 Water damage, reducing their movement speed by 50% and applying Hypothermia every second. The movement speed reduction and Hypothermia last 10 seconds. Consumes Charge while active. Charge cannot be gained while active.

Absolute Zero Absolute Zero 38 6% instant 2 minutes Reduces the cast time of the Mage's next Icicle or Arctic Blast by 100% and causes the spell to freeze the enemy in place for 8 seconds. Damage done will break the root effect.
Static Barrier Static Barrier 3% instant 2 minutes Surrounds the Mage with electrical energy. Enemies within 5 meters who deal damage to the Mage will be knocked back 10 meters. Can occur up to 5 times. Lasts 1 minute.
Ice Shear Ice Shear 18 28 30 instant Slashes the enemy with jagged shards of ice, dealing 30 to 33 Water damage. If the enemy is Electrified, increases Air and Water damage taken from the Mage by 10% for each Electrified effect on them, up to 3 effects. Lasts 15 seconds.
