Description
Hag's Curse is acquired after defeating The Hag during a quest in Gloamwood. A person with Hag's Curse will turn into a werewolf and be marked as hostile to NPCs in any of the cities. To cure Hag's Curse talk to Gwyddon Duskenleaf in Gloamwood Pines at [5175,3221]

. The easiest way to reach him is to go around the back of the porticulum, follow the path to the right up the hill and behind the first building. You can then sneak up the ramp, while avoiding the guards, and speak to Gwyddon to become cured.

Bug!
A reported bug is even after you are cured, when night falls some people still acquire Lycanthropy and become a werewolf. Logging in and out of the game fixes this problem.
